Logging in at Ace Pokies Casino just got more straightforward for players who qualify. If you already have an account, use your registered email and password, verify any multi-factor prompts, and head to the cashier to enter promo codes. New players will complete a short registration form, confirm their email, and may need to upload ID for verification before withdrawals are allowed.

Keep in mind Ace Pokies processes all account balances and bonuses in Australian dollars — for example, the welcome package totals up to $1,000 Australian dollars across the first three deposits. Review the site’s terms and conditions when signing in to claim any promotion.

Claim Promos at Sign-In — Codes, Limits, and Timing

If you plan to claim a welcome offer, have your promo code ready at the cashier. The first-deposit welcome code is WELCOME1 — enter it when depositing to get a 100% match up to $500 Australian dollars plus 50 free spins on Samba Sunset. Minimum deposit to qualify is $50 Australian dollars, wagering is 40x on bonus plus deposit combined, and the maximum cashout per welcome segment is $200 Australian dollars. Other welcome segments complete the package up to $1,000 Australian dollars.

A popular no-deposit option requires the code UPTOWN10 at registration and gives a $10 Australian dollars free chip, subject to a 60x wagering requirement and a $180 Australian dollars maximum cashout. Many ongoing and seasonal promotions require manual opt-in or codes, and some VIP rewards are credited automatically.

Always check the full promotion terms on the promotions page — offers have expiry windows, game-eligibility rules, and contribution rates that affect how fast you clear wagering.

Sign-In Security, Payments, and Support

Ace Pokies supports multiple payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including EFT wire transfer, MasterCard, Visa, Neteller, Skrill, and PaySafeCard. Remember that all transactions are handled in Australian dollars, and certain deposit types may affect bonus eligibility.

If you have trouble signing in or need help activating a code, contact support at support@acepokies.com or call +1-800-837-867. Keep your account details and photo ID handy for verification requests to speed up any resolution.

What Games Are Ready Right After You Sign In

Ace Pokies runs Real Time Gaming software, so you’ll see a large selection of slots and table games as soon as you sign in. Slots here are the most bonus-friendly — they contribute 100% toward wagering requirements — which makes them the fastest route to meeting playthrough rules.

Featured titles available after sign-in include classics and themed hits such as Vikings Voyage, Halloween Treasures, Shogun Princess Quest, Sweet 16 Blast!, Wild Hog Luau, and Shanghai Lights. Vikings Voyage offers 20 paylines and a re-spin bonus game — that structure tends to reward regular line wins and bonus triggers. For a deeper look at the provider, see the Real Time Gaming review. For details on a standout slot, check the Vikings Voyage slots page.

Bonus Rules to Watch When You Sign In

• Wagering contribution varies by game: slots and keno contribute 100%, video poker and blackjack contribute much less, and some table games contribute little to nothing. That means slots are usually your best bet for clearing a bonus.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is $10 Australian dollars per spin or hand — exceeding that can void the bonus and any related winnings.
• Bonuses are non-sticky by default: you may withdraw real-money balance before completing wagering, but doing so will forfeit the active bonus and its winnings.
• Most promos expire within 7 to 30 days; check each offer’s validity window and any maximum cashout limits before playing.
• Ace Pokies reserves the right to change promotions at any time; abuse policies apply to prevent multiple-account claims or collusion.

If You Can’t Sign In — Quick Recovery Tips

If you forget your password, use the password-reset link on the sign-in page and follow the emailed instructions. For locked accounts, or if verification is requested after sign-in, reach out to support with the email tied to your account and a clear copy of ID. For promo activation issues, include screenshots of your cashier and any error messages when you contact support.

Ace Pokies favors players based in Australia and New Zealand for many of its promotional offers; players from the United States of America and the United Kingdom are restricted from several bonuses. Before you sign in to claim a promotion, confirm your eligibility and review the full terms and conditions so you know minimum deposits, wagering rates, and any cashout caps that apply.
